We are having a problem saving Quark 9 files on our Windows 7, 64-bit computers while connected to our company's network, even when saving to our own C Drives. Quark works fine and saves fine when we are not connected. When our company gives us full administrative rights, we are able to save. However, this is not a viable solution since we are users and not administrators.
When we try to save a file, we get the following message: "QuarkXpress 9.5.3.1r0 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program."
While working with our IT department, we isolated the following error:

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to resolve our issue aside from staying off the network or applying full administrative rights?
