My work machine is still on OS 10.8.5, so that I can still run Quark 8.5.1.
On my home machine, with Mavericks installed, I have installed all the latest patches (9.5.4 and 10.0.1).
For Quark 9, the program quits on launch.
For Quark 10, the program hangs on launch, requiring a force-quit. Furthermore, the Quark "crash reporter" also hangs, also requiring a force-quit.
I purchased Quark 9 in August. Today I decided to get support for either 9 or 10, so I try to log on to support. "Your login information is incorrect." OK, I have my Quark Customer number ... it takes me through the account process, and I confirm my password. Try logging in for support again: "Your login information is incorrect."
So I'm resorting to this forum. I have installed, patched and reinstalled 10, installed and patched 9 -- NONE OF THESE INSTALLS START and THE PROCESS FOR GETTING SUPPORT DOESN'T WORK.
