The right plan for my app and a few questions

Hi there,

i am going to create a multi issue app across all platforms and devices.
Tablet + Smartphone, Apple, Android, Amazon
Am i good to go with "Multi-Issue Premium"?

And how do i create the different layouts using Indesign?
I know i have to name the layouts "iPad H","iPhone H", "Android 10 H", "Kindle Fire/Nook H", same for vertical, replace the H with a "V"
But what about Android-Smartphones?

And is it possible to combine all devices using alternate/liquid layouts in indesign in one document or do i have to seperate each like ipad, iphone, android-tablet, android-phone...?

One last thing: the android-viewer looks like 2010 - are there any plans to make it look modern using androids holo design? Beside this, page-snapping for example isn´t working there, is it?
