Today I purchased an upgrade to Quark Xpress 9.5, and I am attempting to download the Mac installer .dmg
On every mac and browser I have tried, the download consistently fails at around 130-140MB. There is no download error, and the browser appears to think the file is complete. It is not possible to resume the download.
This is a not a sleep issue (machine is set not to sleep). It is not a connectivity or bandwidth issue - the connection is solid, and I have been downloading 4GB+ files today.
I am not happy at all, and it is unclear how to obtain support. I am completely unwilling to register and open a paid ticket for "support" for a product that I am unable to at least download.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? What the heck should I do now?
