QXP 9.5: change image links from absolute to relative path?

I converted some IDCS3 documents with Markzware. All image links are shown under Usage as absolute paths:
//Volumes/HardDisk/Project-Directory/images/image1.tif
Can that be globally changed to relative links:
images/image1.tif
where the QXP document is in the Project-Directory?

I wonder, because if I move the entire project to work on a different computer, it will have a different root structure, which may break all links.

Second, about 30% of links do not convert properly. I sent an inquiry also to Markzware, but wonder whether anybody else has any experience with that (MacOS 10.8.4, with latest ID2Q extension). I have literally hundreds of links, so not looking forward to manually adjusting them.

The file path of the broken link is displayed as
/private/var/folders/_9/3twt0v7c8xqbbg006s6bw1g80000gn/T/TemporaryItems/[directory name of where original file resided, but no file name]
