Photos linked, but still pixelated

So my company gave me the challenge of going back through our last 86 projects and sending them to the printer. About halfway through, I found that when you open the original quark file, the 3 linked photos are pixelated beyond readability. When I go to usage, is says they are linked and there is no problem. I have the jpegs in the folder with the Quark file, and the quality is crystal clear. Any suggestions on how to re-link without doing 40+ files over from scratch? I'm using Quark 8.5.1.
