QuarkXpress 9.5.1 Crashes on Startup Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

Please be gentle I am new to this forum, and to Quark for that matter.

I am trying to use the TrialVersion of QuarkXpress 9.5.1.

I am having problems getting it to run.

Basically when I run the application it opens the splash screen and then after about 30 secs it disappears and nothing happens.

I am using Windows 7 64 bit, it is fully updated.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing.

I was using a previous version of Quark 9.5 fully paid for and encountered this problem and so tried to uninstall it and install the latest version but this has the same problem.

I have no idea where to begin to try to get this to work, but if you can be specific in your comments I am more than happy to find out any information needed to get this resolved.

I have tried to contact Technical Support who will not provide me with support unless I pay them even though I only bought it a few months ago!

Just to give a fuller picture though, this error only occurs when I am logged into my machine as a domain user.

If I logon as a local user QuarkXpress runs just fine.

Could anyone please give me a run down of what all the pre-requisites are to make quark work so that I can configure the domain user accordingly?
