Quark 9 Activation and Firewall

Hello,

My team is trying to install Quark 9 however we think our company firewall is blocking the activation process. When Quark 9 launches it hangs on the splash screen - Quark customer support has said this is because it is trying to finish the activation process and either the antivirus or firewall is blocking it.

 Our IT has come back and asked what the activation URL site is that Quark is trying to access.

 I have contacted Quark customer support several times and first line support there don't seem to understand what I'm asking.

 So, I'm taking my chances here.

 Does anyone know the URL or IP of the server Quark 9 tries to access to finish activation.
