I'm very new to QuarkXpress 5 and so may well be missing something but my problem is as follows:
I am trying to create a multi-page brochure which will be printed on to both sides of A4 paper and folded to A5. When I print I find that despite the fact that I have placed a master page (A) on both sides of the spine in Document Layout, my printout comes with only the left hand page printed, the right side being blank and the content being moved to the reverse (or next) sheet again on the left. This is driving me crazy!
I set up the document as 'facing pages' and 'automatic text box'. I can create a simple two sided basic brochure using only one sheet of paper but just can't seem to crack this problem for multi-page docs.
Am I misunderstanding Quark when it says I can insert and move pages around. Does it really do that and automatically adjust or is it like MS Word where you can only create one 2 sided page at a time?
Any help you can give (in words of one syllable please) will be appreciated enormously. :D
My operating system is XP Pro SP2.
