we just released QuarkXPress 9.5.2.
It's available via Auto Updater and also manually:

QuarkXPress 9.5.2 is a free update for QuarkXPress 9 that further improves quality and stability. For App Studio it also includes support for the Download Manager as well as additional PDF export possibilities.
