Problems with Chinese font Kuai!!

Hi,

I have used QuarkXpress 9 to create the project.

The Chinese characters with Kaui font worked well in my computer screen.

However, when I outputted the project as PDF, the Chinese characters with Kaui(1st row) will be distorted.

It worked well with mingliu(3rd row) font and English(2nd-Kaui, 4th-mingliu row) words.

Please kindly help me solve the problem.
