The problem with the HTML 5 movie function is threefold. For one, the button it creates can't be customized. Secondly, when it opens, it shows that way ugly sound slider (unless you tap on the video.) Thirdly, it automatically closes. I've found a better solution is to create a button (which you can then customize) and then tell it to "open file." Select your movie file and when it opens (full screen by default) there's no ugly sound slider and the user has the option of watching it again.
