After creating multiple pages in QuarkXpress I tried to upload them to App Studio and test on iPad. Although the elements are shown on the thumbnails they don't appear on the page neither in Preview neither on the iPad. I checked and the problem is not suppressed output. However by removing element by element I found that if I have two Buttons (HTML5 go to URL) they corrupt the whole page and make it static. Have anyone found a reasonable solution to this problem?
