Importing variable data into document fields

Just as a little background, I have Quark version 7.3 with the FormsX Xtension. I am designing a plate (for a printing press) with 5 documents on it. Each document is a different job which has the same artwork, however fields like "Origination Area", "Job Number", Customer Number" are different. I would like to import that data from a preexisting CSV file. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!
