I have downloaded the updater three times now, and each time I run it, I get a "The Installation Failed" message. Why is this not working? I was hoping the update would solve at least some of the problems I am having with Quark 10, but now even the updater is failing!
Also, the first window that appears is in Japanese! The second window gives me the option to change it to English, but what's up with that?
