New to the forum...have inherited support of a network involving QLA. It is currently running on a Hyper-V guest Windows Server 2008 R2 so it obviously *can* run in this environment. I don't know if the person that actually did the install had to do anything special...
When I try to install on a different server (same setup, Hyper-V guest) it appears to install but when I try to run I get a Java error message box saying "The program can't start because MSVCP100.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"
I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times...rebooted. Can't seem to get past this. The file does not seem to exist on the functioning server...
Any ideas?
