Printing Problem with Quark 10

I just purchased Quark 10 and I am trying to print out an 11x17 booklet. The document prints what amounts to just under a page and half. (All of the pages on the right hand side of the document only print a little under half of that page. All of the pages on the left print just fine).  I am using a Konica-Minolta biz hub 950 printer. When I convert the document into a PDF, the document prints out perfectly. I run a Mac and I'm running OS 10.8.5. The setting are all correct. Any thoughts on what might be going on?
