CMYK colours changing in QXP 10

You tell me what's wrong with QuarkXpress 10….

1. Create an Illustrator file > draw a 10% Cyan box fill.
2. Import the image into QuarkXpress 10
3. Export as CMYK PDF check the colour in Acrobat… the Cyan is now C 8% M 2% Y 2% K 0%


Same thing in QuarkXpress 9 perfect.

This is just not good enough!
