Select function not working correctly on second monitor with Quark 10.1

I recently upgrated to Quark 10.1. I'm on an iMac running OS X 10.9.2. I have two monitors. Something weird is happening since I upgraded to Quark 10.1. When I have a Quark file open on the secondary monitor, and I try to select somehting using the item tool... it selects items approximately 2" below where my mouse is pointing.

When I drag the Quark file to my primary monitor, it works fine. 

 Any thoughts why this might be occuring? Thanks.
