Importing Word files with pictures

When QuarkXPress 10 was announced we were promised that when importing Word files we'd get the pictures too. Unless I've missed something, this still seems to be a problem, and I see the latest 'known issues' list still has this item:"If you create a Word document containing a floating image and import this document to QuarkXPress, the floating image will be missing in QuarkXPress. (143873)" Does anyone know when we will actually be able to use this much-advertised feature...? Thanks
