Hello everyone, I have a little problem:
The marketing manager in my company had a QuarkXpress 8 installed and regularly activated.
I need to upgrade his old laptop to a new one, so I wanted to upgrade Quark to version 10 as well.
When I tried Help->About I wasn't able to find the serial number, and since someone else before me got everything installed, I'm unable to find out how he registered on the website.
I tried "Migrate your license to a new computer", but that just turned his version to a 30 days trial one.
Is there a way I can fix that and get his working serial number?
