I'm using Quark on a pc running Windows 7. We updated from 8 to 9 and obtained 10 free. I opened an old file in 10 just to change a logo. Although the preview showed everything was ok the new logo came out lower down than on the preview and a white picture box used to blank something out didn't work. i.e. the blanked out text appeared and the new logo printed out lower down than on the preview. I had to restore the old file and open it up and work in Quark 9. We have 1000s of old files on our system but due to the unreliability of 10 have to open and work on these in 9. We also have to remember not to double click on old files as these open in 10 which we cannot rely on. This is one of several problems we have had.
