Ich habe folgendes Problem:
Seit dem Update unserer Macs auf Mac OSX Mavericks können wir auf unsere Xerox Drucker (vor allem beim Phaser 7760) kein A3 mehr korrekt ausgeben. Die Datei (z.B. ein A4 mit Schnittzeichen) wird ungefähr 130% vergrössert und versetzt auf das A3 gesetzt. Das Problem tritt nur mit dem Format A3 auf.

Das fragliche PS-File konnte ich bei unserem Drucker auch korrekt ausgeben beim direkten einlegen in die Printque. Bei der Ausgabe aus unseren QuarkXPress’es klappts nicht.
Unsere bereits vorgenommenen Handlungen:
- Alle Xeroxdruckeinstellungen wurden restlos vom System gelöscht.
- Drucksystem wurde zurückgesetzt.
- Alle QuarkPreferencen habe ich gelöscht.
- Firmware am Drucker wurde auf die neuste Version upgedated.
- QuarXPress 9 habe ich deinstalliert (mit Hilfe von TrashMe). - Die Neuinstallation hat aber auch nichts gebracht.
(Zusatzbemerkung: Unsere Mac haben bereits mehrere Updates der Betriebssysteme und von Quark durchgemacht, ich vermute, da liegt irgendwo der Hase begraben). Eine Neuinstallation aller Mac kommt aber nicht in Frage.
Gibt es einen Weg alle Quark Preferenzen, Files etc. vollkommen vom System zu löschen?
