Second Apple Newsstand Issue

Hello,

I am getting ready to submit my second issue to apple newsstand.

I am wondering if I have to resubmit the app using xcode-application loader?

Or do I just go into iTunes and - Manage Newsstand - Add Issue and submit the issue using the AppStudio Portal, is this even the right order of doing it?

Any help would be much appreciated, the first time was very confusing for me, so the second time I am hoping will be a bit easier.
