Edit: A quick reinstall seems to have fixed this.
-------------------------------------
Just upgraded to Mountain Lion 10.8.5 and Quark 9.5.4.1.
I'm having an issue with saving files. Here's a link to a screen movie.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/56651105/cant%20save%20-%20noindex/cant_save.movOn certain legacy files, when I select Save or Save As, instead of recognizing where the document is located, Quark wants to save into the Temporary Items folder. It creates multiple files with a .noindex extension, and it won't save the file.
If I then close the file without saving and try to reopen it, Quark says the file is in use.
This occurs when saving both locally and on the network.
Appending the affected files to a properly working file doesn't fix it.
I remember the .noindex file issue from a couple versions back, don't know if this is related. I'm dead in the water if random files are unusable.
