Please could someone explain why my chapter headings and titles are being shortened in the Reflow Table of Contents to a maximum of 42 characters.
For example this is the real heading...
Reflow Table of Contents - heading text shortened
Becomes...
Reflow Table of Contents - heading text sh
How do I get the Reflow Table of Contents to show the complete title?
