Paragraphs without court of words, please help me!

Hello to all of you I am user and fan of quark xpress, used all the technology that provides this application to resolve and automate my projects.

In general for the books and the works with extensive texts used justified alignment with court of words for the lengthy paragraphs and left alignment for subtitles without cutting words.

I began to read and investigate the manual in ".pdf" from Quark Xpress noted that for the extensive paragraphs do not use justified alignment and paragraphs are paralleling with respect to the line of housing (p. 18, QXP_9.5.1_User_Guide_es-es.pdf) and i'd like to be able to implement this technique.

In the specifications H&J there is the items included in "Hyphenation Zone" and "Flush zone" and wanted to know which of the two items I have to use to solve this problem.

Attached two sample images

1) in what I show you how I use my style sheets and as applied manually the carriage returns to pair the lines to have a better visual appearance.

2) Image on the sheet of the manual in pdf created by you.

My interest is that words with less than five letters go directly to the next line automatically and not doing it manually as indicated in the image.

From now i hope the early resolution of this issue and the presents its compliments...
