Convert spot Quark 9 vs Quark 10

 I posted this awhile back in the Color Management section with limited response.

Try this:

1. Add PANTONE 287 C to a new a document in Quark 9.5.4 from Pantone+(Plus) Solid Coated Library.

2. Change Model to CMYK in edit color pallet.  Result: 100c, 81.1m, 3.9y, 22.3k 

3. Add PANTONE 287 C to a new a document in Quark 10.0.2 from Pantone+(Plus) Solid Coated Library.

4. Change Model to CMYK in edit color pallet.  Result: 100c, 53.3m, .4y, 32.9k

Why is the same swatch separating differently?

Color set-ups are the same in 9 & 10. I'm using GRACoL2006_Coated1v2.icc_source cmyk & GRACoL2006_Coated1v2.icc_As-Is_output.
