Trouble when saving files and Edit Reflow Table of Contents

Dear Sirs i'm using Quark 9.3 on Mac OS X 10.6.8 and i'm having the following issue, I define a document for print (a box of txt for example) or if a open a previous saved document and when i try to save the documents always popup the window "Edit Reflow Table of Contents for Reflow_Layout 1" its annoying, how can i disable the window? I mean for not the window appears every time a same the documents. Try to find some help at forums but could not find information, i find "kill the reflow" but not how to disable the showing of the window. Thanks in advance. Gastão Travado
