I have a table of contents at the top of each page of a document I'm working on. When I convert it to a pdf, I want to be able to click on the TOC and have it take me to that page. I thought I had it figured out, but it's not working. Here's what I am doing:
1. Create an empty box at the top left of each page. I make that into an anchor.
2. Then on the TOC at the top of each page, I put a box around the word relating to that section. I make that a hyperlink linking to the anchor elsewhere in the document.
What am I doing wrong?
And... another issue... I deleted all my anchors and hyperlinks to start over. But when I try to add a new anchor, what I previously called it is in the list (when I right click and go to Anchor > New). In the hpyerlink window, I deleted all the anchors. Why is it still showing up when I right click? Thanks!
