Hi all, I have Quark 9.5 on a Mac.
I have a problem with transparency using 'Press Quality settings to export to pdf.
I have an image with a table placed over the top of it, the table has a white background set at 75% opacity (to fade the image behind the table).
If the image is a TIF image then I just click the 'Press Settings' and the PDF is produced perfectly. This setting flattens the transparency
However, I now need to use an EPS image instead and if I use the same settings, the transparency is not carried through to the PDF (the table is a solid white)
It will work correctly if I change the transparency to 'native' but I do not want to do this as it may affect other transparencies in the document.
Does anyone know why the transparency is not working over the top of an EPS?
