Will QuarkXpress 10 Support Web Layouts?

I recently created a simple website in QuarkXpress that I'm fairly pleased with ( www.lasko-design.com ), but I want to expand on that with a new site I want to develop.

1. Will QuarkXpress 10 continue to support HTML output/website layouts?
2. Will QuarkXpress 10 continue to support interactive layouts?
